For over a quarter of a century, Pacemaker has been innovating, designing and manufacturing quality exhaust headers in Australia.
Pacemaker was the first company to introduce mandrel-bending technology into the exhaust header market, forever changing the header industry landscape.

In this time Pacemaker has been able to design and build one of Australia's largest 4-into-1 and Tri-y catalogues.
In 1997 Pacemaker introduced its turbulence eliminating 'Pipe Over Cone' technology (design copyright number 135712).
This advance in design and construction not only dramatically improves flow through the exhaust but also helps to lengthen the life of the product.

Our products range from direct-fit converters and cat-back systems to universal mufflers and builder’s kits for fabricating your own custom system. POWER - Our 30,000 square-foot R&D tech center is home to two in-ground dynamometers, a flow bench, and sound testing to ensure that every new part passes our quality and performance standards before being approved for manufacturing. If it doesn’t produce power, we don’t make it.
SOUND - We want you to have the best sound possible. With this in mind, we’ve designed our mufflers to have a free flowing, straight through design with a perforated stainless steel core, mesh wrap and acoustical fiber fill to deliver that smooth, deep tone. Our mufflers are packed tight with the acoustic material to ensure long life and no sound degradation.

BLUE DIAMOND CHROME EXHAUST TIPS
The two types of material that are available in the extensive Blue Diamond range:
STANDARD CHROME
This is Blue Diamond Chrome's most popular exhaust extension range, where an economically priced extension is needed that will not discolour, is scratch resistent, and is easy to maintain. It also has the most extensive range available.
POLISHED STAINLESS
This exhaust extension range is the "middle class" range which allows for easy expanding if an oversized inlet is necessary. This range is corrosion resistant, but like all stainless will discolour over time due to the exhaust gas temperature. Also requires care when washing as it can scratch.
